And by constantly monitoring the current rental rates and trends we ensure that we are doing everything possible to both minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.
We have no start-up fees and provide comprehensive monthly statements (which can be mailed electronically if preferred). Our monthly financials also include a personalized update letter keeping you apprised of the status of your investment.
